Production and direct sales of origin smoked salmon Red Label Scotland and Ireland, and other smoked fish such as saithe, haddock, mackerel, sardines, tuna and Saint-Jacques.
The Saumonerie Loch also offers fish eggs, rillettes house, blinis and pavers fresh salmon. Also present on the markets of Carnac, La Trinité sur Mer, and the fish markets of Vannes and Auray.
